These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PolyJacks Concrete Leveling website (polyjacks.com) and our services in the Kansas City metro area. By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

We provide concrete leveling using polyjacking foam for driveways, sidewalks, patios, garages, pool decks, and more in Olathe, Overland Park, Shawnee, Spring Hill, and surrounding areas. All work is performed by licensed, insured technicians.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Free on-site estimates are provided. Final pricing is determined after inspection and may vary. Written estimates are valid for 30 days. We reserve the right to adjust for unforeseen conditions (e.g., soil issues, hidden damage).

3. Payment & Warranty

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We provide a 5-year limited warranty on polyjacking work: if a slab we lifted settles more than 1/2 inch below its corrected level within 5 years of completion, under normal conditions and with the homeowner responsibilities in our published warranty terms met, we re-level the affected area at no charge. The warranty is issued to the property owner named on the invoice at that service address; it is not transferable or assignable and terminates on sale of the property. Exclusions (including flooding, leaks, soil washout, tree roots, loads beyond normal residential use and work by others), the conditions that keep coverage in force, and the claim process are published on our warranty page and in the warranty certificate issued with each job.

4. Use of Website

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy content, submit false information, or use the site for illegal activities. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and images on our site are owned by PolyJacks or licensed. You may not use them without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services. No guarantees are made about soil conditions or long-term performance beyond the warranty period.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Johnson County, Kansas courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
